You want to know what you are buying before you book a demo.
Software, consulting days, or both. The answer is simple and it does not change with the space you open: the tool structures, the inNOVAtio team instructs, you decide.
You can take the platform alone. You can ask us to fill it with you. You can keep us to run the reviews. These are three ways into the same thing.
We do not sell days for what the software does on its own.
The platform organises, calculates, traces and preserves. It does not judge. Scoring, interpreting gaps and making the final call require people who know your market — yours, with or without us.
That is why every deliverable names who produces it. You see what you are paying for, and you see what nobody would do if you took the licence without support.
THREE WAYS IN
Choose according to what your team can carry.
On your own
Annual licence
From €490 excl. VAT per month with an annual commitment: Atlas, Grid and Plot. €890 with Mix, €1,490 with Calc and Map; Pilot as an option, €390.
Your teams open the spaces they need, fill the file, build the scenarios and hold the reviews.
For organisations with a strategy function, a sales director or a finance director already driving the subject.
Scoped engagement
Fixed fee
Price set in a written proposal after the first conversation, depending on scope and on who the decision must hold up to.
We run the structuring, the scoring and the scenarios with your teams, then hand the complete file back inside the platform. Typically four to six weeks.
You leave with the tool loaded, not with a document nobody reopens.
For a dated decision, in front of an identified third party.
Accompanied review
Subscription
Price set in a written proposal, depending on review cadence and the number of workspaces followed.
The tool stays with you. We run the review, challenge the assumptions and document what has moved since the previous reading.
For those who have decided and must still be able to explain it in six months.
All three modes exist for every space — Atlas, Grid, Plot, Mix, Calc, Map and Pilot. None is reserved for a single module. Prices exclude VAT and apply to new quotes.
WHO PRODUCES WHAT
Three columns, for every deliverable.
Produced by the tool
Produced in workshop with us
Produced by you

Calculations, thresholds, sensitivities and gaps
Attractiveness × position scoring
The classification: invest, defend, experiment, divest
Scenarios from your assumptions

Assumptions and missing data
The revision condition
The right-hand column cannot be delegated. It is the only one that commits your responsibility.
WHERE TO START
Start with the decision, not with a module.
Six situations, six entry points. The access mode is chosen afterwards, according to your calendar and the third party the decision must stand in front of.
inNOVAtio works with small and mid-sized companies whose decisions must stand in front of someone who was not in the room.
STARTING BEFORE YOU HAVE THE DATA
Nexus is the only space that starts without you.
The others wait for your data, your assumptions and your workshops. Nexus starts from a declared public web corpus: we arrive at the first discussion with your map, not with a method. It is the way in when you do not yet know where you are competing.
We prepare the trade-off and make disagreements readable. We do not settle them.
We do not bill by the hour.
An engagement is a fixed fee, a licence is annual, a review is a subscription. You know what you owe before starting.
We do not sell days for work the platform does alone.
Every deliverable names its producer, and you see what you are paying for.
We do not hold your data.
The file, the sources and the calculations remain exportable, including if you stop.
Which decision must you be able to defend, and to whom?
A first thirty-minute discussion about your real file. We tell you which of the three modes fits your situation — including when that is the licence alone.
